Welcome to Sharone’s Cakes. By submitting an enquiry, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Cake Enquiries & Quotes
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking.
Quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary if design requirements, serving sizes, flavours, delivery requirements, or decorations change after the initial quote.
2. Booking Confirmation
Orders are only confirmed once Sharone’s Cakes has accepted the booking and any required deposit has been paid.
We reserve the right to decline an order if availability, design requirements, or other circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the request.
3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your booking date.
Final payment must be made by the agreed due date before collection or delivery.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the order.
4. Design & Decorations
Customers may provide inspiration images for reference purposes only.
Sharone’s Cakes will make every reasonable effort to create a cake consistent with the requested design; however, exact replicas of cakes, decorations, colours, fonts, figurines, or handmade elements cannot be guaranteed.
Minor variations may occur due to artistic interpretation, seasonal availability, or product limitations.
5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
While we take reasonable care in preparing our products, all cakes are produced in a kitchen that may handle ingredients including:
- Gluten
- Dairy
- Eggs
- Nuts
- Soy
- Other common allergens
We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any dietary requirements or allergies when placing an order.
6. Collection & Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting their cake at the time of collection.
Once a cake has been collected, Sharone’s Cakes is not responsible for damage caused by transportation, handling, weather conditions, or improper storage.
If delivery is arranged, responsibility transfers upon successful delivery and acceptance.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits may be non-refundable where work has commenced, ingredients have been purchased, or the booking date has been reserved.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to work completed and costs already incurred.
8. Cake Storage & Care
Customers must follow any storage instructions provided.
Sharone’s Cakes is not responsible for deterioration, melting, damage, or quality issues caused by incorrect storage or handling after collection or delivery.
9. Photographs & Marketing
Sharone’s Cakes may photograph completed cakes and use these images for:
- Social media
- Website galleries
- Advertising
- Marketing materials
No personal customer information will be published without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Sharone’s Cakes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order supplied.
11. Changes to These Terms
Sharone’s Cakes may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website.
